How Our Service Works ::

When you call our company, a staff member arranges a visit to your home to meet you and your pets shortly before you leave town. During that visit they will:

Meet you and your pets
Get detailed information about caring for them
Pick up a key to your home

During this visit, you decide how often you want your sitter to visit each day you are away and what services you want performed. Fees are based on the number and type of pets and the number of visits each day.

While you are away, we will:

Feed and water your pets
Exercise them
Give medicine, vitamins, and other special care
Get medical treatment in case of illness

And while taking care of your pets, we're re happy to water your plants and make you home look "lived-in" by bringing in the mail and newspapers and adjusting draperies and lights.

After you return, your sitter will return your key, pick up payment and make sure your are satisfied.

Even if your are not leaving home, there may be instances where we can be of service. Unusual working hours or lengthy illnesses may make it difficult to care for your pets.

To Arrange For Service… Please call or e-mail us at least two weeks before you are scheduled to leave town. During holidays and summer months it is best to leave at least a 3 week notice.
